In 2014, after reading the book, The Cost of Bad Behavior: How Incivility Is Damaging Your Business And What To Do About It by Christine Pearson and Christine Porath, I put together a spreadsheet based on their calculations. Please, feel free to use this to get an estimate of the cost of incivility to your business. But, note, this spreadsheet should just be used as an estimate as the percentages are based on 2014 study numbers. I've posted a link to a Cost Calculator above that might be more accurate.
